Whether I am working with an individual or group, I believe that every woman has the right and ability to craft the work and life she wants for herself. I know that that we can honor the varied professional ambitions that call us at different life stages, while still being successful in the other important roles we play. My approach is grounded in the Co-Active Philosophy: people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and completely capable of finding their own answers. As coach I serve as a thought partner, truth-teller, champion, motivator and objective trusted advisor.

My mission is to contribute to a world where women are empowered to lead rich, full, multi-dimensional lives. By helping women to self-manage their careers in a fluid, long-term fashion, I enable my clients to access their full range of possibilities and potential.
